The Foundation's resources exist for one reason: its charitable mission. The Constitution provides clear principles for how those resources are raised, recorded, overseen and audited.

- Accurate financial records are maintained under the responsibility of the Treasurer.

- An independent annual audit is provided for under the Constitution.
- Funds are used exclusively for charitable purposes aligned with the Foundation's mission and objectives.
